Headline Printers envelope printing services is part of our office printing range. Personalised printed envelopes are a brilliant way to establish and maintain a professional company brand image.

We provide the ability to print across the flap, allowing your designs to create maximum impact. All our envelopes are laser guaranteed and available in a wide range of sizes, both windowed and non-windowed. All our envelopes are peel and seal.

In our C5 & DL envelopes the flap is on the long edge, whereas on our C4 envelopes the flap is on the short edge. We also offer C6 envelopes.

Technical Specifications for Envelope Printing

Artwork specification:

When submitting artwork, please send us two files: one with the artwork template visible and overlaid on your artwork, and another with the template removed, displaying only your artwork.

We use the first document to check your files are accurate, and we will proof and print the second document.

  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300dpi resolution
  • Supply as a CMYK or black only PDF preferably, in PDF/X1a format
  • This product has non-printable areas so please contact us for a template to ensure your artwork meets our technical requirements.
  • Bleed is not required
  • Please ensure the window area is left free of any artwork as this is also non-printable

We offer flap printing on all of our envelopes. Please contact us for one of our templates to help you set up your artwork correctly. For flap printing, please select the double-sided print option.
