We currently offer a few delivery options, but customers are free to collect their printing from us in person, we also offer a Free Local Delivery Service within the PO postcode area, apart from the Isle of Wight.
We can also send your printing via our overnight Courier anywhere in the UK for £12.00 – Please make sure you supply all of the correct details when submitting your order.
Delivery Policy – Couriers
1. Wrong Address Supplied – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
2. Unclaimed Deliveries – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
3. What if the product is damaged in the mail? – If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
4. What happens if a package wasn’t delivered to me, but the tracking states that it was? – If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, Headline Printers Limited won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.” If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped.
