NCR means “no carbon required”, and with our NCR pads you don’t need a sheet of carbon copy paper between each page. This makes them much easier to use and perfect for completing on-the-go. No messing around with pages, simply complete the form and you’ll have two or three copies ready to go.
We offer duplicate pads, triplicate and 4 part pads, and they can be customised with your logo, company name and contact details in black, or full colour print.
Our NCR Pads comprise 50 sets of NCR paper, glued at the top with a cardboard backing, ideal for when you’re on the road. Available in A6, DL, A5 and A4 sizes, with or without numbering according to your preferences.

NCR stands for ‘No Carbon Required’. It is a type of coated paper designed to transfer information written on the front sheet onto the sheets beneath.
Yes. We offer 2, 3 and 4 part sets in a variety of colour options to choose from.
The different colours of NCR paper available are?
- White
- Yellow
- Pink
- Green
- Blue
NCR pads, books and sets are usually printed in black only.
However, we also offer the option to print two colours, three colours or in CMYK.
NCR Pads are glued at the head and all of the sections will be removed from the pad as and when they are used. This option is cheaper than having your sets bound in a book and is generally used by clients who have a limited number of parts to their sets and retain their own copy in a separate filing system.
NCR Pads are normally made up of 2, 3 or 4 part sets, and each pad is made up of 50 individual sets and has a board back. If required we can also drill each pad with holes for filing, and each set can be sequentially numbered if you would like them to be.
NCR Books are stapled and taped, either at the head or at the side and perforated to allow the easy removal of individual sheets from the book. One copy is usually left un-perforated so you can easily retain that within the book, while the remaining copies can be removed for distribution.
NCR Books are normally made up of 2, 3 or 4 part sets, and each book is made up of 50 individual sets and has a board back. If required we can also drill each book with holes for filing, and each set can be sequentially numbered if you would like them to be.
Some people prefer their duplicate forms to be seperated into individual pages or sets which are glued at the head and not bound into books or pads.
Yes, we can add numbering to your order, all we need to know is the start number and where on the form you would like them numbering.
